FAQ
Do you sell Raspberry Pis or sensors?
No. WellSenseOS is bring-your-own-hardware. You purchase a Pi (3B+/4/5), an HC-SR04-class ultrasonic sensor, power, and a weatherproof mount — the water monitoring equipment you need for a DIY water level monitoring system. We provide the cloud app and the edge agent.
Is this water quality monitoring or water level monitoring?
WellSenseOS is a water level monitoring system for wells and tanks (volume, percent full, days remaining, and usage trends). It does not replace lab water quality testing for chemistry or contaminants.
What’s included in the trial?
30 days on Home, Home+, or Farm with full access within plan limits. No card required. After the trial you keep a Free plan (1 well) unless you subscribe. Yearly billing is 35% off.
Why is yearly so much cheaper?
Yearly plans are 35% off monthly — roughly four months free. Home is €39/year versus €4.99/month.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade when you need more wells or devices. Enterprise is sales-led for custom limits, SLA, and invoicing.
Who owns the data?
Your organization owns its well and reading data. You can export usage reports (CSV) from Analytics. See Privacy for how we handle account data.
